“We had a lovely holiday at this quaint house. Comfortable beds and everything we needed was provided. Within walking distance to the centre of Milton.”

“He double booked through booking dot com and we had nowhere to stay. The poor people arrived just before us and were equally worried they would be without accommodation. After we called Stayz he tried to cancel our booking as “we didn’t meet minimum age”. Really poor form by the guy. Don’t trust him with your holiday!”

“Excellent location, roomy property, very clean and well equipped apart from lack of a small saucepan and a small sharp knife, also, the mattresses in 2 of the rooms were very uncomfortable; one thin and hard and the other incredibly soft. We failed to find a switch for the overhead kitchen light. Well set up for a dog if necessary and roomy parking. The faults were minor and didn't spoil our holiday. They are being included for the owner's/agent's perusal.”

“The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. Dry and warm. Pizza oven was a real treat and the kids loved getting involved in making pizzas. Plenty of space inside and bedrooms were more than comfortable and well appointed. “It was perfect for our dog and had everything we needed for an awesome long weekend.A huge thank you to the amazing cleaner who we met on checkin, who helped out with linen and towels as I did not read instructions oops. Definitely on my list to stay there again on my next trip to Mollymook.”

“We had lovely weather and back deck great in the morning sun for coffee overlooking the bay. House photos very accurate - it does look like that. Everyone had a great time, house very comfortable and accommodated us, three teens and dog very well. Kids loved table football in back garage. ”

Love the layout, easy check in/out, plenty warm in winter & detailed visitors guide for the area. Like many, thrilled by the games/puzzles collection! If keen on TV/movie streaming, would recommend a chromecast though. We’ll be back, thank you David! ”

“The property was impressive to say the least! Spacious, well stocked and amazing location. The only downside was that the spa did not heat up after many attempts and there were no coffee beans provided for the machine. Otherwise it was lovely. ”

“Amazing house! There are so many beautiful spaces to relax in - whether you want to be by yourself, curled up with a book, or to be hanging out with the whole group enjoying a meal or games together, there are multiple options throughout the whole house. Loved having a pool too.”

“Nice place and beautiful area to enjoy some peace and quiet in the off-peak of summer. House was comfortable and most things provided, but it was obvious no-one had swept around prior to our arrival. Master bed was terrible, needs replacing, however would still consider staying here again in the future.”

“We had a wonderful week at this lovely property. The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and perfectly situated right on the river with stunning views of the opposite bush.We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the dock. The property manager was very responsive and polite. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, and they promptly offered to resolve it immediately.
