“This is a lovely manor, and although signs of age are evident, it appears the owners are working towards complete restoration. It's close to plenty of what Minden has to offer, very convenient to stores, gasoline. I'm here for a church conference and I'm just 3 minutes away. “Our visit to the Bucking Bull Bunkhouse was very pleasant. A rustic feel to the place was one of a few characteristics that made this location worth the booking. I know planning trips around weather is almost impossible when booking weeks in advance, but we were fortunate to be blessed with two out of two nights of perfect weather. Clear Skys at night aided in the ambiance by the fire pit provided by the property host. The cool crisp weather of a December night didn’t hurt either. ……
