The location was great for day trips exploring Vermont. The high quality furniture, rugs, and mattresses made it feel like you were visiting wealthy relatives in the country. “Such a nice weekend stay. We arrived late Friday night and woke up to a beautiful view of Lake Dunmore. The house was clean and welcoming. The kitchen had all one needed. The weather was not in our favor (rained most of the weekend) but it did not matter. It was a perfect spot for our quick weekend to Midd. ”

“House is surrounded by woods in a mountainous area. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We even played horseshoes in the yard. House has everything you would need. We definitely over packed. It is about a 45 minute drive to Lake George, restaurants, and a Walmart. Highly recommend visiting Martha's ice cream. The wifi is slow...assuming due to the area. My only complaint would be the upstairs master bed. It is creaky and uncomfortable. Would love to visit again during a more peak season. ”
