I have stayed here many times before but it’s seems the hotel is struggling due to lack of tourists this year thus one can tell they are doing cutbacks. Such things as closing the pool and hot tubs so they don’t have to pay to heat them and not turning on the fireplace in the lobby to save money. They also used to give two free drink coupons at check in but not anymore. I wish I would have known all this before booking because I would have stayed somewhere else.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions and have always been satisfied. The staff is great, the property is very clean and the price is fair. The small bar is also a nice end for a long day.

Property was nice and quaint. The pool was warm but the chlorine levels were too high (burn your eyes when you walk in the door, high). We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

States they have a hot tub. 3 separate visits over 3 years and hot tub is always under repair. States they have a bar. Sorry bartender quit months ago so bar is closed. Told common areas close at 10:00 so have to stop card game with kids. Even thought pool area is open until 11:00. Seems they do not care about their customers so we will no longer be one.

We stayed here almost a year ago and pool and Jacuzzi were closed. When we checked in, they told us the pool was heated, but the Jacuzzi was closed. Pool did not appear to be heated too cold to swim in. One of two key cards did not open room got that fixed next evening when we came back. neither key card would work had to get that fixed again and the room was not serviced for anything Still had dirty towels bed not made. Had to get clean towels. Staff did not seem that interested in helping. The next morning was disappointing. They asked why I told them and they said oh sorry. Not much concern to take care of customers. Apparently several staff were outstanding. A couple seemed totally disinterested.
