“We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel.”

“昔の貴族の館を改装した雰囲気のあるホテルです。オーナーの女性が出迎えてくれて、てきぱきとチェックインの手続きをしてくれました。部屋の準備が整うまでの待ち時間にウェルカムドリンクのマンゴージュースやお水を用意してくれて、エアコンの効いた快適なロビーで気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 部屋のベッドは大きく、エアコン、ファン、冷蔵庫、コーヒー、紅茶セット、何でもそろっています。 ペットボトルのお水もたくさんいただけるので大変助かりました。 出かけるときにもレセプションで、小さなペットボトルを持たせてくれる気遣いは、ほかのホテルではないサービスでした。 滞在中も｢何かリクエストはないですか？足りないものはないですか？｣と声をかけてくれて、オーナーやスタッフ全員が、ゲストを大切に扱ってくれることが伝わってきて、とても嬉しかったです。 新市街のにぎやかな大通りからわずか数メートルですが、静かで落ち着ける場所だったので、毎日リラックスして過ごすことができました。”

“The room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, poor hygiene. Over all experience was ok. I asked for a different room and was denied. ”

“With regards to the beds I found bed at ITC far better. Bathroom facilities ......at time they had a face cloth sometimes they dont. Shower facility good but if a bit larger it would be much better and for the elderly sit and shower as in ITC would be good.”

“The hotel is a standard facility if you are looking for a place to sleep , management is great but the F&B is very much below average, I was disappointed with the breakfast and the F&B staff are not trained at all. It would be best to order an off the menu item for breakfast. Apart from the few bathroom amenities and no hot water or hot water kettle it's a reasonable place. ”

“部屋は清潔で良かったです。お湯の出る蛇口が壊れていて少し使いにくかったですが、使えないわけではないです。 レストランのカレーはとても美味しく、特にパニールのカレーが美味しかったです。 近くに川があるので、夕方に涼みに行くのもいいと思います。”
