Summary:
LOCATION! APT is behind the main house. All new 1 bedroom apt located in the beautiful Broadmoor area. Minutes to Centenary College, LSUS, ALL local hospitals and Barksdale AFB. Near the best restaurants and shopping in the area. Walk into a spacious living area with a 43" TV for those nights of sitting on the couch relaxing. The spacious kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances with a keurig coffee maker. The queen size memory foam mattress is sure to give you a restful nights sleep.

This is an amazing guest house behind the Main house on Querbes golf course.

Shawn's place was a perfect hidden gem in Shreveport. The neighborhood was super quiet and close to everything we needed. Shawn was easily reachable and provided everything we needed. We will be back and likely stay again.

Overall, happy with the stay. There were little things, could use a good cleaning, bathroom has had water damage, but nothing that prevented us from having a good stay. It looks like it’s in an old converted garage, but it had most everything we needed and was easily accessible to much of the Shreveport area. Owners were on property but provided a good balance of privacy and attentiveness.

The place was just as described, in a quiet neighborhood right off of the main street. It was really close to everything.We walked into the place smelling of fresh Pinesol. Crisp white linen on the memory foam mattress in the main bedroom. The couch was comfy and cozy. The only thing...there was only 1 wine glass, but we had our ownThe hosts were responsive to our inquiries as well.I would definitely stay again.
