Nice,clean, well maintained for older hotel friendly staff. But becareful with hotel elevators some off them will crush your arm. I stuck arm in door to stop it from closing like I have my entire life but this one refused to trigger safety and reopen. It closed on my arm and was starting to crush it luckily I was able to pry it it back open enough to get my arm out. Second elevator from left 12th floor which out out for it. But learned a lesson don't always trust elevators

Ballys was unable to accommodate the reservation. Room promised for 4:00pm not available at 7:00pm or 9:00pm.

Went up to the counter, asked “is this where I check in?” Got answered, “I was worried you’d say that.” They didn’t have rooms available for anyone. Told us they are cat friendly. Arrived to be told they aren’t while taking up luggage. Had to find a new place to stay after driving from Atlanta, then had to wait in line so long I gave up and left without a refund.

The staff did the best they could given the seemingly poor management of this property. When we arrived they did not have the room we reserved and stated it was because they were overbooked. Staff made it better by giving us a suite at the rate we booked. The Vintage staff and food was great. Breakfast was not a great experience - it took 45 min to receive our food (after we asked why it was so delayed) with no one checking to refill coffee or drinks in the meantime. When meals finally came we were told they ran out of hashbrowns. We were not given an option to choose something different they just provided grits. We asked for pancakes in place which was granted except we had not received after 15 minutes. We decided to leave. No comps offered. We think they were understaffed or staff was simply not supported. Also, many of the slot machines were down and no one was willing to help us figure things out on the casino floor.

How do you overbook by 200 rooms?!?! We booked and paid through Expedia and our room was secured. We drove 3 hours to stand in line for 45 minutes just to spend another 10 minutes waiting at the desk to be told “we have no rooms available, they left reservations open instead of closing them.” How much truth there is to this statement Id love to know, I don’t understand how the people in front of us got a room but we lucked out?!?! We already paid!!!

Check in at 4p but arrived at 830p and there were NO rooms available had to wait almost 45 min WITH the other 25 people in line for rooms to become available…. Restaurants are not staffed and are out of EVERYTHING!!! Will NEVER stay here again and do not recommend until they get their business straight

Every area was understaffed, and food service was minimal. At the rates charged, I expect room to be made up daily. Instead there was no room service. Only positive was the friendly and courteous staff, who are clearly overworked.

I do not recommend this property due to leftovers were left in the refrigerator from previous guests, the water taste was disgusting even with soft drinks from the restaurant were bad due to the ice in the drinks, and the Asian noodle restaurant was expensive, and the food quality was poor. this place needs a water filtration system. The room was not wiped down.

Nice hotel. We enjoy staying here. The convenience is probably the greatest reason. The staff at the front desk and the staff at the entrance of the cassino need to smile and be more attentive. Overall we still enjoy our stay.

My two day stay was nice. Ballys was clean and I parked within yards of the front door. I took a hot bath in their deep tub and relaxed the night away watching a movie.

The only room available to us was a pet friendly room. It smelled like dogs and caused my allergies to act up. The next morning, I asked if we could be moved to a different room. The only room available was a handicap room. I had requested a room with two beds; this room had only a king size bed. My guest and I had to share a bed and it was uncomfortable situation, so we did not get a restful sleep.
