不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
The casino and lobby areas were clean and overall a pleasant experience.
The "Vintage" restaurant was exceptional. The service was great, the food was amazing and although pricey, was consistent with the service and quality. The "Sportsmans Paradise" restaurant was not a good experience. We tried it for breakfast and our orders were simple, two southwest omelets. After 45 minutes, we were told the were waiting on the hash browns and our omelets had been sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes. We chose to go somewhere else to have a meal.
The hotel room was disappointing. The room was not clean, the carpet needed replacing, the lamp on the desk had corrosion around the charging plugs, and the tile was chipped and dirty. My wife refused to walk barefoot in the room. We may return to the casino but definately will not stay at the hotel unless major changes have beebn made.
