Room was super clean. Loved the bed. Shower pressure and temp was really nice. Kids had to leave the pool at 6pm. That was nice but there was cigarettes butts left around our loungers. Pool drinks were perfect but my drink from The ESPN bar was terrible but food and service was good. Ladies at front desk could have been more cheerful.

I wanted a room away from elevator and housekeeping rooms because its too noisy, but I was told rooms are preselected. So, they selected the room right across the housekeeping room. Very noisy. It's sad that we have to settle for their choice not the customers.

I would like to first start it with the good. Our check in was easy and seamless. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. Actually all of the staff was superb. The property was spotless in the common areas. Now to our room. As we first walked in I could immediately tell that the floors had not been mopped or vacuumed. There was literally still things on the floor from previous guest. There was as hair and rubber-bands on the bathroom floor. Once I got in the shower, there was a plastic bag in it. It was like housekeeping did just enough to flip the room. Needless to say we wore shower shoes the whole time in the room. I’m praying the room condition was a fluke. We are very willing to give Margaritaville another chance.

Our stay was good. We stopped in for the night to break up our cross country drive. The only thing that I was not impressed with was the prices of food. If you are staying here, either bring food or be ready to spend. My wife and I frequent Winstar in Oklahoma for our stay and gambling trips and the food there is much more affordable.

The hotel room was fine but all the common areas (lobby, restaurants, casino) smell like an ashtray. The cigarette smell was so overwhelming once I got into the fresh air in my room, I didn't come back out. There definitely needs to be some sort of air filtration system to filter out the carcinogens floating in the air. I do understand that people have a choice to smoke and fill their own lungs up with tar but those who know better shouldn't have to suffer due to those who do not. My nose is still running.

We stayed two nights and had to go get towels from front desk.Coffee shop didn’t have latte or caramel macchiato.When I asked for coffee,guy there said he had to brew and it will take a long time.

The service here- Front Desk staff, Servers in the restaurant ( ESPN restaurant), and the casino staff,Coffee Shop, were all wonderful! Everyone was so nice! Our room was very clean, and very quiet. The only thing I missed here at this Resort Casino Hotel was a gift shop, however the coffee shop had excellent chocolate baked goods. This hotel is a great stop on your travels thru this area!
