The rooms were big but they need to be upgraded. The plugs didn’t work on the dated furniture and most of it was falling apart. The lamps were dusty and I knew I had to change hotels. I paid for two nights but checked out the next day and checked into another Casino hotel.

The whole downstairs was overwhelming from cigarette smoke. The steakhouse took forever to serve our food and it wasnt worth the price. The elevators were not working right and we couldnt get to our room until we changed elevators.

It has been over 20 years ago when I last stayed the only good thing I found out stayed cloes was the cleanliness of the linen. I also did not receive daily linen changes and room service. The lack of hotel guest was shocking compaired to the outher Casino Hotels within a half mile. I will not stay here again.

We were passing through Shreveport and made a last minute decision to stay in town for a night. We found a great rate for Sam’s Town and thought why not. Wow - for what we paid we had a fantastic room - hence the 5 stars. It was a big room on the 19th floor with a great King Size bed that was really comfortable and a big open seating area and bathroom. Went to the pool in the evening then could walk around the area for dinner and the river walk for sunset. Staff was very friendly and helpful

99% to 1, you will enjoy your stay here if you are simply, looking for a clean. Well appointed, modern space to stay. This is my third or fourth time staying here. Their consistency and good humor have been second to none!!

I would not stay here again. I have pictures.. I didnt want to touch things in my room. Very used, curtain had stuff on it -- white; cabinets were deteriorated, bedding chipping, not what i desire in my stay

The room was large and nicely furnished but lacked the cleanliness I would expect from a higher end room. Most of the common areas were nice but since i was charged a resort fee, I thought I should try the pool. The area was very dirty. There were cigarette butts everywhere. I exited quickly and was quite disappointed. Additionally the valet service was not available when I arrived and they stated that the carts were only available to bellhops who were also not visible. I needed more towels and called housekeeping several times, and was never able to get through. The showerhead was not as good as it needed to be and the tub did not drain well. However, overall my stay was good. Those staff that were available were friendly and kind. I remember one of the chefs interacting with a young child in the lobby. He was very nice. Would I stay there again? Not at the price I paid.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and parking was great for my truck, however, the food wasn't up to my standards. Would not eat there again for dinner anyway. Older casino. Rooms are spacious but need updates and a microwave.

We love Sam’s Town. The live music on Friday or Saturday nights is superb and has a variety of decades. The inviting dance floor is one for making memories with friends or your partner. We don’t ever win a lot of money, but we always have a great time. The staff is super friendly, and the facilities are clean!
