almost everything in the hotel except the casino was closed on Mondays. Dining options were extremely poor with one option at Java deli. It was average at best with the stale pastry.

This hotel is one of the best in the area in terms of peace and quiet and a comfortable stay. Huge beds and the pillows aren’t the cheap kind. The room is very spacious and so is the bathroom/bathtub. The bathroom is always clean and it’s also huge. There isn’t a ton of people which is a plus for me. The staff is very helpful and always try to upgrade or remind me of a perk I have whenever I show up. The parking lot is right across the street and a bridge to connect to the inside on the 3rd floor. So no need to be walking around on the street. I’ve been in the other casinos. This one is the best value every time .

You really should make the karts available to the customers, at least to and from vehicles. It’s a matter of privacy so unsure of the motive placing the extra labor on myself to make numerous trips to a parking garage two blocks away. Love the hotel and Ms. Debra was amazing when helping me, but I won’t book here again due to the Kart kaper! Jimmy Poole

Hotel staff were distant and brusk. Staff wear these IDs on a laynard that conviently hang BELOW the height of the check in desk. Wonder why that is. The pool is closed but no information about that either.

We received a fair value for what we paid. Parking is included, the staff especially the bellhops are friendly and helpful, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping is short-staffed preventing any early check-in.

Good hotel. Good location. Cafe downstairs open until 2:30am for a quick bite. Only knock o me was the casino is smoking (They do have a non smoking floor), & the table games aren't open 24/7, & close at a certain time. Good love music on both Friday/Saturday nights.

The hotel and casino were very nice and well-maintained, but I was disappointed with the level of customer service. I requested a birthday balloon and was told, "We don’t do that." I also asked for a late check-out and was met with, "She ain't doing that today." The staff came off as unaccommodating and dismissive, which really took away from what could have been a great experience. A little more friendliness and flexibility would go a long way.
