The staff was nice, but the rooms are HORRIBLE my covers and pillows were dirty. The sink looks like someone had just finish shaving and tried to clean it up but left hair. The water was brown I saw that due to the fact the sink was stopped up. My room also had ROACHES. I said forget it an slept in my car due to the fact I was leaving out early the next day.

Disgusting and Unlivable – Stay Away!

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The experience was absolutely terrible: • Leaking Roof: The ceiling was dripping, making the room damp and uncomfortable. • Phone Malfunction: The room phone kept buzzing randomly for no reason, making it impossible to sleep. • Horrible Smell: The entire place had a disgusting odor, like mold and sewage, making it unbearable. • Roaches and Bugs: The room was infested with cockroaches and other bugs crawling around, even in the bed and bathroom. • Room Change Was Worse: They moved me to another room, which was even filthier, with stained walls and broken furniture. • Lack of Cleanliness: The floors were sticky, the bathroom was in awful condition, and the sheets looked unwashed. • Noisy and Uncomfortable: Paper-thin walls let in every sound from outside, making it impossible to get any rest Final Verdict: If you care about hygiene, comfort, or even basic decency, run away from this place. You’d be better off sleeping in your car.

We paid $120 for $20 worth of service & cleanlines

A last minute decision was made to bring our 3 children on this trip with us. We were prepared to pay a fee for that. Also, the early check in fee. At check in the clerk told us she would waive the fee if we left a good review. It was not clear what fee was being waived but we assumed it was for the children since we paid the early check in fee. While unloading our things my husband received a phone call from the hotel clerk telling him that her manager saw more people getting out of the car and he would need to come pay for them. So he did she reminded him about the review Upon entering the room we noticed there was a large gap under the door. We were so exhausted we didnt want to fuss with changing rooms so we placed a blanket at the bottom of the door to cover the gap. My son dropped his phone and it went under the bed. When trying to retreive the phone we noticed that under the bed was a disturbing amount of dirt and filth. At around 6 a man brought two more towels to our door for our "extra people". The towels were a yellowish/brownish color. There is no way I would allow my kids to use them. Around 8:30 pm a random woman knocked on our door and told us she needed to turn the TVs off in all of the vacant rooms and our room was on her vacant list. Around midnight while trying to use the restroom a very large roach crawled from behind the toilet also there was few small ones on the walls. This place is disgusting. My husband is banned from choosing our hotels from now on.
