“The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors.”

“This is a lovely little gem. Although it's a tiny space, it really suited my needs perfectly. The hosts, Kevin and Dawn, were gracious and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Just a few short blocks from the beach and you're able to enjoy all the Jersey shore offers. The cottage is packed with amenities and considerate touches that made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again. feel like home”

“Plus: clean, location to beach, sofa bed actually comfortable (although no sheets that actually fit) Not so plus: front lawn not mowed, had hard time parking on the pad (I drove a Kia Sorento, no street parking), no hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels/kitchen towels (first thing went to Target to get what we needed), no games/books/magazines, designated office area—beat up desk sandwiched next to sofa, backyard not very private, just not a super welcoming vibe. Albeit, not the worst place……

“The seaside cottage was centrally located for my Christmas visit with friends. To my surprise there was everything that I could possible need to cook and there was a shower dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a note welcoming me to the host’s home and a booklet with the has pictures and guidance for my stay. I choose this for the fact I could have my dog but was surprised by the extras. Will stay here again while I am visiting friends and family. ”

“Getting in was super-easy - keyless entry, and it worked without issues. I had a couple moments like at the store when you can't find something, and then you ask, and it turns out the answer was so obvious, it's a little embarrassing that you asked, if that makes sense. Communication for these moments was excellent. My 8-year-old said he wanted to stay there forever, which was cute though a little concerning. “I think the room and property was clean and quiet. We did have 2 concerns that couls be fixed. Our door looked like it had been kicked in, wirh the door handke and key panel attached with a piece of wood. You can easilt move the door, it was very loose. We did not feel it locked properly. Also, the bedroom window did not seal, so cold air came in qnd the heater was in living room...so bedroom didnt get heat at all. We bought heated blankets fir the stay. I would stay there again.
