There is clothes storage and fluffy robes for each guest.
With at least 14 days notice before your stay, we can, on request split
each zip-link Super-king bed into 2 singles, making this a house for 14
friends, colleagues or family members wishing to have privacy.

A rare find for a property in this location.
With several inflatable toys for fun! Also with coded door for the safety
of our younger guests.

* Invigorating Sauna:
Unwind in our fantastic sauna facility. Easily operated by LCD display.
Splash a couple of ladles of water onto the coals and detox your mind
and body.
Complete with shower facilities next door.

* Entertainment:
We have a spacious sitting room to seat 14 with Smart TV and electric
fire. There is a cosy snug with table football, and Smart TV for movie
nights in.

Cook up a feast in our expansive kitchen featuring two double
ovens, a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a
central island with breakfast bar and stools.

Guests will have access to the whole property including the sauna and indoor heated swimming pool.
Other things to note
The property is located on the A49, the main road A-road from Chester to Shrewsbury. You will hear some road noise but the windows are triple glazed and substantially soundproofed.

We cannot allow access via the front door which is only to be used in emergency situations - fire / flood.

Sorry, but this property is not pet friendly

We are property managers of Saracens, and we live in the village. The hosts will be using the property throughout the year.
If we are made aware of any house rule violations, we will be forced to resolve matters by visiting.
We simply cannot allow loud parties / music which may damage our reputation.


Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.

An EV charger is available for your convenience, allowing you to easily charge your electric vehicle during your stay.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
