“The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.”

“Was a good stay, close to SM North Edsa. One night before heading by bus to Clark by way of Trinoma bus terminal which is the mall next to SM North Edsa.”

The security personnel; the front door man, Romz and others; front desk staff; housekeeping and room services all felt like they went out of our way to assist and accomodate us regarding any concern and request that we had. The room was excellent and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy! Thank you all for a wonderful stay at Citadines Roces.”

“Very accommodating and friendly staff! My room was very clean. Would recommend Hop Inn Tomas Morato for a short stay. There is a 7-11 right outside the hotel for a quick snack as well. Lots of nearby restaurants and massage options that are walkable.”
