“Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated.”

“We stayed two nights at Hintok River Camp and had a wonderful time, considering the not so ideal weather we had during our stay. It rained heavily throughout our stay. Our tent was clean and tidy and spacious, but because of the wet weather, the beddings felt a bit damp but that's just nature doing its work and it didn't bother us much. One thing about the tent that I feel can be improved was the water pressure of the shower, though I know this is not a regular hotel structure and can't expect……
