“The hotel itself was beautiful, well maintained and clean. There's a nice bar/restaurant on the main floor. The room we booked (Exclusive Studio Suite) was not the one we got. The owner (?)/man at the front desk said that we paid for the Deluxe Double Room. I showed him the confirmation from hotels.com and he still said that wouldn't be the price for the room (that it was more in zloty) and that there was something wrong with the way it was advertised on the site. “You needed to get the keys from different adress and there we got to know that we have to pay 180 zl more for cleaning. This all took a lot of time and check in was pretty late (3pm), although we were permitted to check in an hour earlier after doubletexting, still thanks for that! The apartment were pretty nice, modern and spacious! I liked the balcony and full equipped kitchen, also the sheets were very soft and clean! “In general everything was good. One thing, however, that I have to complain is the bed and pillows. They were just too soft to provide proper support to my back and neck.
