The main house at Villa Ösund was built in 1987 and offers 122 m² of living space for up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Two full bathrooms & one half bathrooms serve the house, and sleeping arrangements include both private bedrooms and additional space for guests in shared areas. The open-plan living room features a TV, spacious seating area dining table with sea views through large windows.
The kitchen is equipped with practical appliances for everyday cooking, including an induction stove, oven, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker. A separate utility area includes a washing machine and dryer as well as a shower. The house is fitted with underfloor heating and an air-source heat pump for year-round comfort.
Outdoors, a wood-fired sauna sits close to the shore, with a jacuzzi and a wide deck for relaxing after a swim or enjoying the view. Guests have access to a gas BBQ, paddleboards, and a kayak.
