“THIS IS THE SECOND TIME STAYING AT THE CONDO.IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. IT IS A LITTLE NOISY AT TIMES BECAUSE IT BEING SO CLOSE TO THE ROAD . OVERALL FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY. SUCH A RELAXING PLACE AND SO VERY SAFE. ”

“We enjoyed our stay! The decor was beautiful. We only used the fridge and coffee pot but the kitchen was a great size and would’ve been great for preparing a meal. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We were able to walk just about everywhere! The location was perfect! The gated parking area was great and it was so nice walking out to the courtyard. Host was very responsive and offered some great suggestions on places to eat in the area. ”

“I can’t imagine a better home base from which to explore the charms of Natchez! First, the location, 2 blocks from the river, was an easy walk to great restaurants, shopping and historic homes. Secure parking on the premises was a plus. Next, the condo is situated in a lovely courtyard of a restored train depot, which was charming. The kitchen is fully equipped and the cozy living room provides lots of comfy seating. The bedrooms are spacious and the Jack-and-Jill bathroom setup with 2 separate……

“We had the best weekend in Natchez staying at the Dixon Loft. The loft exceeded every expectation- the pictures don’t do it justice. Very large, well appointed and impressive. It was hard leaving the balcony/ loft to go explore Natchez. Great location, friendly and accommodating hosts. Highly recommend and look forward to returning. ”

“Loved that we could walk to all the balloon festivities. The property is lovely. The only drawback is the spiral staircase leading to upstairs. Not as young as I once was. But I loved that upstairs was accessible by an outside staircase that was not so steep. Made getting suitcases up and down easier. But I would not let that stop me from renting again. It was perfect for our annual girls trip to Natchez. We felt very safe and it was decorated beautifully. Loved the comfort of the beds!!……
