“Came on a 1-day trip w family of 5 (3 teens) bf a wknd bball tourney. Wanted more space than a traditional hotel (3+ beds, 2 bathrooms) without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. Check-in was easy (altho u do have to complete a pre-check w ID and some signatures online several hrs prior), and host communication was great. The space is GREAT: there’s a king suite (walk-in shower) and 2 semi-private ‘lofts’ w queen beds. I took off a star bc the walls r VERY thin, and if the tenants above……

“Found this beautiful home with all the accommodations I was looking for, pool, pool table, theater, very spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and communication was easy with the owner. I love that they also allow small parties as several of my family members in town wanted to stop by with well wishes. “We really enjoyed the property. The private side entrance was nice because we knew we weren't disturbing anyone while coming and going. The apartment was clean and decorated very nicely, and the amenities were ample. The hosts were very responsive. The best part was that we were in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We very seldom took the highway and instead drove on the thoroughfares/artery streets to get from midtown to downtown or uptown or KCKS quickly. The steps are……

“We did not realize the Property Manager lived on the 3rd floor of the home, and parked in the driveway. It wasn’t too much of an issue, was just a shock when we arrived and saw the side door was open and there were people working on her private stairwell. Location is a short drive to downtown - do not recommend walking in the neighborhood, although we felt safe enough outside on the property. Beautiful home, very large rooms. ”
