“交通方便，去中央火車站搭乘巴士路缐班次均多，距離也近，僅需約10分鐘車程。去Palermo 城內古蹟景點也很近，附近飯店也多，價格合理。飯店附的早餐菜色雖不是太多，但品質很好。”

“Lovely boutique hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Located next to Ballaro market. Close to magnificent churches. Easy and fast check in. Only issue was no help with luggage upon check in - and there is a step to get to elevator. Breakfast (included) was mediocre. It can get noisy when there are events booked at hotel. ”

“订房时没注意到是套房，多订了一个房间，给了3个套房，浪费了。房间比较大也比较舒适。在市区，虽然不在禁行区域，但车只能停到距酒店较远的公共停车区，主要是码头那里的马路边，比较担心车受损，还好没事。吃饭很方便，去景点都不是很远，基本走路。”

“I liked everything except the room itself. Room was too small and bathroom was even smaller. Shower needed a new door and in general disgusting and very tiny. Loved the breakfast buffet and staff there were very helpful. The art deco look of the hotel is very nice.”

“This was a great property. Incredible customer service at every single point of contact. Good location on a secondary street (there was still some street noise but that’s to be expected). The breakfast was fantastic - so many delicious house made items and there was variety from day to day. I wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else for our next visit to Palermo.”

“入住酒店時, 已訂2間客房, 但到CHECK IN 時, 酒店負責人說有一間取消, 但由此至終並沒有取消。幾經交涉, 酒店安排另一間客房, 但個刻的心情已受影響。所以入住時, 必定要SEND EMAIL到酒店確認訂單。以免影響旅行的心情。”
