“The room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, poor hygiene. Over all experience was ok. I asked for a different room and was denied. ”

“The hotel iis under renovation and should not be made available for reservations. Breakfast is not available on the property due to scaffolding and dust. This property is not a “Haveli”, it is an ordinary house and being labeled as one.”

“Newly poorly built hotel Has 8 floors each floor with 6 rooms. Rooms don't have much space i had to ask staff to remove unnecessary furniture to creat space for my 2 suitcase. If you are someone who needs floor space for prayers, exercise like yoga or any other reason you will really struggle for space in the room. The bathroom is poorly designed the shower water is not contained in a enclosure its open and water wets the entire bathroom if someone wants to use the toilet or basin after……

“Hotel is beautiful....rooms are a delight. Must say We Upgraded from the Haveli to the Hotel,as you check in at the hotel,but THE HAVELI is a few KM away. Didn’t make sense so as we were tired paid and upgraded to the HOUSE OF M.G. NO ROOM SERVICE.....breakfast in a restaurant outside,nearly by the road. Service from receptionists,very slow,no bell boys,give an hour if you need anything doing,e.g.checking out,or any other queries. The G.M.has only recently started,so have given her a few……
