“Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel Tilila. Man erinnerte sich an uns, was schön war. Es wurde von Seiten des Hotels alles getan, um unsere Tage angenehm zu gestalten. “Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”

“Cette établissement est une catastrophe général tellement de choses à dire qu'il faut un livre pour décrire l'état de cette hôtel, trop de vis caché. J'ai été obligé de leurs demander de changer les draps et couvre couette ainsi que les taies d'oreiller pas de chauffage il coupe l'eau chaude la nuit pas de télévision ni télécommande. Très salle. “I would say there was positives and negatives for me and my families stay here at Argana hotel. Starting with some positives, I would say the location is excellent, local shops, cafes and off licence right next to the hotel as well as taxi and the beach was only around 7-10 min walk. We found our room which was a junior suit to be nice and spacious. We had the extended balcony which was nice, it allowed our children to run around although the view was obstructed by a tent so we could not see……
