“Overall, we were happy with our stay. The coffeemaker is one that uses pods, there were no ice trays. Lock to apartment was fiddly. Could have used a draining tray for washed dishes. And the stairs smelled like pot a few times. It was great being downtown and able to walk to some great restaurants and coffee shops. Loved teh bluetooth stereo and being able to log into and be automatically logged out of streaming services on the tv.”

“Such a cute little place! Perfect location just outside of Columbus. We took our dog to Ohio State veterinary clinic for extensive testing and it turned out we needed an extra night stay. Jennifer made it super easy for us!”

“This is a walk-up apartment that is clean and well-equipped, featuring amenities like Apple TV, a washer, and a dryer. However, the bedroom does not have a window that can be opened. Additionally, residents on the first floor smoke, and the smoke travels up through the air vents. I shared this feedback with the landlord, who has been very responsive. Hopefully, the issue will be addressed soon and the apartment will start to smell better.”

“I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive. I would definitely stay again if/when in town.”

“This property is beautifully renovated and modern. The bedding and blankets were quite cozy. I was able to use the kitchen a bit and found it nicely stocked. Communication with Dianne was exceptional, she was super flexible allowing me to check in a bit early. The location is fantastic. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, retail, and bars was a huge plus. I look forward to staying here in the future! Note: there is some outside noise with the train and fire station nearby, but easy to tune……

“There was a little bit of confusion on how to actually access the place and that could’ve been just me and my thinking, however I did. I did finally gain access and the place was very clean. The pictures are very accurate. The property management people were very quick to communicate. If you need to navigate around the city, it’s very close to the highway interchange so you can get pretty much anywhere that you need to be quickly.. We were attending a local event and it was about 15 minutes……

“It was my first time in Dayton, so I wasn’t familiar with the city. Initially, I was a bit concerned when I arrived, but after spending three days there, I realized the entire city looked pretty much the same. I felt completely comfortable. The neighborhood mainly consisted of families and was very quiet, making me feel safe. The apartment was clean and recently remodeled. The host was very helpful and responsive, and I appreciated that no high fees were associated. The only thing I think is……

“Stay was wonderful, we had everything we needed. Host left a kind note for us which we appreciated. Entry was easy. The only difficult part was finding how to access the parking behind the house but we figured it out (I think there are a couple of ways, but we accessed it via the winding driveway off the side street to the south of the property). Thanks for a great stay!”
