You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a completely remodeled home, new butcher block counter tops, new appliances, refurbished wood flooring throughout, strong WiFi, fitness room, washing machine, central heat and AC. Plus, there's an living room with a cozy sofa bed. Located a block off both main streets in Sidney you are walking distance to the new Boss City Brewery, multiple bars and restaurants, shops, hardware store and laundromat. Best Location in town. Yet still easy to get to with plenty of parking, no neighbors, fences back yard yet still very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful property and great host

I have had my crew staying here on and off for about 3 weeks now and I have to say Kurt the host has been absolutely wonderful. The property is great there's been zero issues the whole time. It's nice to know that when I can't be there my crew still being taken care of so please if you have the opportunity stay at Kurt's place it's great.

I was working in town and the house location was close by and comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the location was the Church across the street that rang its bells at 8 am every morning.

The Best

This rental was the best. Location was a few blocks from our grandchild’s apartment so it was our home away from home. From preparing meals to playing table games to relaxing. Comfortable and homey. It made for some quality family time.
