“Excellent stay. Staff were really friendly, especially Ivan who showed us around the hotel. Welcome drinks were a nice touch. Really convenient for the airport and train station as within walking distance.”

“We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. However a couple things we noticed, after dark there are little to no light sources past the main entrance, the grounds where very dark and interior stairways, making navigation of……

“慕名而去的酒店，因为有很多外国元首曾入住过。地理位置不错，可以远眺莱茵河。可能因为酒店历史悠久，电梯，洗手间等等的款式很久。早餐还行，最喜欢它有好几种鲜榨果汁。”

“Found it difficult to find information about facilities etc during stay. No info in room and unable to find dinner menu on TV. Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help. ”
