Fabulous property and staff. Rita was so helpful when our car had to be towed, we wouldn't have been able to continue our trip with out her and the other team members help. The people here are amazing.

Wonderful location!!! Everything within walking distance. Friendly staff, clean modern room. Shower needs repairing. Will definitely return to stay here. If you are driving to the hotel, It’s a ZTL zone so contact the hotel to make arrangements for your car to be garaged. Don’t need a car here. It is in the best location!!!

The service at this hotel was impeccable. We were running late for our wine tasting but they were still SO accommodating! The rooms were beautiful and the view from the hotel are amazing. First time in Siena. Premium location provides ready access to all major sites. Siena is a lovely city with well preserved monuments and arguably the best town square in Italy. Gelato store one block away, Michellin recommended Taverna Giuseppe 10 minutes away and Bagoga Tavern 5 minutes away. Gisella, the concierge is friendly, helpful and diligent.

What a wonderful stay we had at Il Battistero!! The staff were so friendly and helpful with any questions or requests as well as with directions and recommendations. The property was so charming and lovely - very old world and quaint. The best part was the location, however, literally steps from the Duomo and right in the heart of Siena! What a fabulous stay! Highly recommend!
