“We rent with VRBO for all of our family trips. This home was by far the best we have stayed in. The location was great, the home was very clean, comfy beds, equipped with everything we needed for family meals, and they thought of everything. There were beach towels, life vests, folding chairs and tons of extra towels!Fabulous home for a large family gathering.We rented it for our daughters graduation from Utah Tech.”

“The house was as described. Great location to the pool and pickleball courts. It was a very busy week so it was hard to get a court there are only 2. The beds were nice and comfy. Tons of trails for bikes and walking. It is kinda out of the hub bub of downtown which makes it really nice. Super easy access to the freeway. I would absolutely recommend staying her.”

“Wonderful property! Great location, perfect access to St George and Washington. Easy to get to all our soccer fields. Fantastic pool, our kids loved it and spent hours there! We appreciated the games, pickleball rackets and TV set ups too. The kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend as well, very well appointed. Furniture was cute, but not the most comfortable for lounging and watching tv, but otherwise everything was perfect! We will be back!”

“Love the location, the organization within the house, the cleanliness, etc. However, we (my wife) did reach out with a text informing the owner that there we some bug issues in the master bedroom (killed two smaller roaches and other little gnat-looking bugs) on the toilet and bedroom carpet floor. We reached out to maybe get pest control out to the property so we wouldn't encounter other bug issues. No response from the owner...hence the 3-star rating on communication. But other than that, the……
