The holiday home partially extends over an upper floor, the basement and the ground floor, cozy and lovingly furnished. One of the highligts is the spacious living / dining room in the stately style, on the ground floor with radio and a banquet table (large table) and a fireplace seating area with armchairs and a small table. Kitchen on the ground floor, gas stove (with five flame), el. Oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Two bedrooms are upstairs, (room No. 1 for a maximum of 4 persons consisting of a double bed and two single beds for children. The latter can be reached via a spiral staircase in the attic. Room no. 2 for max. 5 persons consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons and a cot. The latter can be reached via a spiral staircase in the attic). Another bedroom is located in the basement: room no. 3 max. for 4 persons consisting of two sofa beds.
The upper floor and the cellar are accessible via stairs. Shower / WC upstairs. WC on the ground floor and a bathroom (free-standing bath) with separate shower, sauna in the basement (will be charged according to current electricity prices).
The house is centrally heated in winter. The large living / dining room has underfloor heating.
The max. Sleeps are designed for 10 adults and 3 children, in three bedrooms. The outdoor facilities, including terraces, barbecue area, seating and children's playground on the property can be shared. The firewood for the fireplace in the large living / dining room is provided free of charge. The landlord lives at times in the house, in a separten room.
