“The property did not respond to emails or phone calls. No code to get in was ever sent Phone calls from me or the neighbor lady were not answered . We never got into the property and had to find alternative accommodations for the night..The address is wrong and 121 takes you to a run down building so you must be a bit of a detective to even find the correct building Would it be hard to put your house numbet on your building? The neighborhood is more run down then i would have thought. I cant say……

“Beautiful Villa, these instructions would help a lot when when new customers are trying to find the villa. "When you arrive at Platinos, continue past the "Platinos" sign on your left. From there, head past the sign and you will come to a hill with lots of rocks in the road. Continue up the hill roughly 1 kilometer and until you reach the gate to the villa.”

“We enjoyed everything Playa las Tortugas had to offer from the ocean to the estuary to the pools to the sunrises/sunset. What made everything so easy and special was having Maria and Mario there -- they were both so great! They attended to anything we needed in terms of transportation, planning excursions, getting snacks/groceries, getting across the estuary, and even gave us ideas of things to do with the kids we hadn't thought of ourselves. We really appreciated being able to communicated……

“We had an absolutely wonderful, peaceful stay at Casa Karina. It was the perfect size for me, my partner and our two young adult/teen sons. We loved hanging out on the patio, taking turns in the hammock and watching the ocean and pelicans flying overhead. Going to sleep in comfortable beds while listening to the waves. Kitchen supplies were ample. The property manager, Jenny, was very responsive to all of our concerns and communications. Aticama is a charming village with many great restaurants……

“It was very comfortable and perfectly clean. We were 2 couples so two bathrooms was appreciated. The decor is warm and tasteful. Excellent value for your money. There is no stove to cook but there is a microwave. There is a train nearby which makes alot of noise at night but if you keep the windows closed and the air conditioner on for the white noise you can still get a good night's sleep.”
