“On arrival at Condado de Alhama, late at night, it was difficult to find property, the signage on the complex is not very clear. I think it would help if you mention that parking for the property is Jardines 7/8 and give number of parking spot. This would have made life so much easier. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and comfortable. It had everything you would possibly need for an enjoyable stay, for example there were boogie boards that were great for our grandchildren to use in the……

“I was there for 8 days with my 5 year old on vacation and the property owner never gave us the wristbands for the pool so I had to drive everyday to Murcia, Cartagena and the beach (40 minutes away). Very unprofessional. Lied about having access to the pool and there is nothing to do inside the urbanization.”

“It was fine and well equipped but we had problems with the electric as there was a water leak in the hallway so we had to have the maintenance team in a few times so we think it needs a bit of work done to it. The write up is correct saying that it is a very quite place and you certainly need some form of transport if you want to go out and see anywhere as it is a fair walk into town.”

La comunicación con el propietario ha sido excelente, además nos recomendó restaurantes de la zona y nos obsequió con una botella de vino blanco y agua a nuestra llegada. En definitiva, un alojamiento super recomendable. ”
