I like that this hotel is in a convenient location and the staff friendliness/welcoming. I don't like that the parking area being isolated, the hotel looking neglected, and rooms that feel unattended. This hotel needs attention and care with pride.

The elevator is broken. The restaurant is not open. There were many holes in the floorboards of the room. Areas under the beds were dusty. The hotel has obviously gone downhill. And it is obvious the hotel is either for sale or about to close down. We were disappointed

Very disappointed. Especially for the price. Floors up the stairs were dirty you could tell it had not been vacuumed walls had grime and the railings for the stairs. Our bathroom still had not been flushed from either the staff or the last person that stayed in the room, room smelled but I would expect that being how old it is. . Saw 1staff member the hostess at the desk. Will never stay there again

Staying at a property that is part of Bisbee's early history is awesome. We loved being able to walk down the steps across from the hotel entrance to get to the main streets and shops. Having a restaurant on property was also very convenient (I had previously heard that it was hit or miss as to whether or not it was open, but during our stay it was open). Parking is a nightmare, so be prepared. We had to park up an extremely steep hill (even further than where the small 'parking lot' is). I'm not sure there is really anything they can do it about it because that's how the town was structured, but it's just something to be aware of, especially if you have a harder time walking.

I never write reviews but felt an obligation here. Historic, character hotels are appealing to me but Copper Queen was simply old and dirty. Staff was borderline offensive...more concerned with telling us what liability we would have if we trashed the place than welcoming us. No dedicated parking...had to find a place on the street. Room did not even have a chair and only a pedestal sink in bathroom with no place to place toiletries. Stains on carpet in hallways and room. One filthy window with portable air conditioner that would not open to alieviate the musty smell. Really terrible experience.

Checking in was great… The bar was a disaster Bartender was overwhelmed and the lady- owner didn’t help her at all… lost a lot of business in the bar we waited 20minutes standing at the bar waiting for the bartender to get 4 beers and 4 drinks with the owner standing there watching it was embarrassing

Restaurant was out of several items on both the breakfast and dinner. Room was on the 3rd floor. We had 2 bags and an ice chest, the elevator was broken. Bed was very uncomfortable with a large crevice in the center of the bed. Very unsafe shower/tub.
