Newly remodeled 1945 cottage in quite family neighborhood located in the middle of Siler City. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath is walking distance to downtown. There is a coffee shop attached to a local art gallery, a jewelry shop, and several antique furniture shops.

Enjoy fast fiber optic internet, 3 streaming TVs, 3 car length parking with a car port, 2 porches, and fenced-in backyard.

Access to a fully stocked kitchen with essentials including seasonings and spices. Great for home-cooked meals or lunches to-go.

The tankless hot water means wonderfully long hot showers. All new furniture including two ultra comfy lux king size beds and spring loaded mattress in the living room futon. New HVAC so cooling and heating the home to your comfort is easy.
