“It’s basically feel like an apartment , I stayed at a suite so the room space is good. The bed is queen size and kind of small for two people. There is paid room cleaning service and provide shampoo/soap one time while you checked in even it needs at least 6 nights stay for your booking. The neighborhood is superb since very closed to Santana row and mall. ”

“The guesthouse is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, well-appointed, and non-fussy. The bed was comfortable, which is really all that mattered (to me). The shower was actually nice with body wash provided. While there is no sink (face basin), it is not that big a deal and, for me, wasn't be a deal breaker. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much! You provided a perfect solution for a quick stay.”

“Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and hosted a small gathering for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back! Pool is lovely, it’s heated and a nice size spa. Did not use workout room but looked well equipped. It is near the train tracks but building is very new with great construction so barely heard the train whistle. ”

“It was a nice building but not that easy to find the box to access the door key. Clean and nicely decorated. I'm not a fan of heights so I wouldn't choose this place again just for the reason that it's on the 2nd floor and the landing was small. Great use of space and the kitchen looked very nicely equipped. My 2 night stay turned into a15 hour stay due to travel changes but I would definitely recommend. of docs”

“Great weekend- beautiful property ”

“Our stay was good overall. However, the city center was quite far without a car. The nearest bus stop was a 15-minute walk away, followed by a 30-minute ride to the closest Caltrain station into town.One major issue we encountered was a dog barking behind Unit 3. It became especially disruptive over the last three nights & days barking every two minutes, which was incredibly frustrating.The owners were responsive and efficient. When we requested extra towels for our 12-day stay, they provided……

Great Customer Service!!!

"During our stay, we had an incident where we thought someone was trying to enter our room cause we heard the door shut. We immediately reported it to the front desk. The hotel staff took our complaint very seriously and began investigating right away. They kept us informed throughout the process, providing regular updates on their progress. To ensure our safety and peace of mind, they promptly offered to switch our room. The hotel checked the smart door access records. They discovered that the door hadn't been completely shut, causing it to eventually close on its own. Despite the situation being a misunderstanding, the staff's thorough investigation and detailed explanations were very reassuring. We were very impressed with the hotel's commitment to guest safety and their professional handling of the situation. Their prompt response and dedication to resolving our concerns were exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service and attention to detail."
