“It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle.……

“We liked the neighborhood itself, but the house was not to our liking. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It does not have central heat and air. When you run a few items like TV, heater/console and lights, the breaker would trip. When running my hairdryer and having lights on, the breaker would trip. Kinda scary with no lights on and not safe. We didn't stay the second night we paid for.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. For Christmas we gifted my brother and sister in law a weekend away with us to go to a Sharks game and the Winchester Myster House tour. It was a big deal becuase it was the 1st time they were leaving their 9 month old twins. The property was perfect. We all stated how clean and easy to check in it was. We didn't spend of lot of time at the house but we would go back when we could hang and relax. The kitchen was stocked with water, coffee and snacks……

“The bed in the master bedroom was terrible. My parents slept in that bed and they said it was super uncomfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but seemed a little shady. We are not familiar with the neighborhood, but based on the houses, it seemed like it could be a little less than ideal of a neighborhood. The house was very comfortable otherwise. Very spacious and big enough for the 6 of us and puppy. It was very clean and very well kept. ”

“The guesthouse is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, well-appointed, and non-fussy. The bed was comfortable, which is really all that mattered (to me). The shower was actually nice with body wash provided. While there is no sink (face basin), it is not that big a deal and, for me, wasn't be a deal breaker. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much! You provided a perfect solution for a quick stay.”

“The house was as described in the listing. Clean. We like that each room had its own heating/cooling unit to set as we liked. We traveled with our adult children. Everyone enjoyed the patio area with the hot tub/outdoor ax game. Convenient walking distance to shopping, eateries, and not far drive to local attractions. ”
