“Beautiful hotel!! Lovely staff!!! I can't wait to come back!! My son and I came into town for the Krampus event and fell in love with San Candido and this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The Front Desk went above and beyond to help us with questions and getting around. The beds were so comfortable, amenities were lovely! ”

Auch die Gastro ist auf absolutem TOP-Niveau lediglich die Portionen sind ivm. Den 6-Gänge menüs manchmal etwas zu viel gewesen. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und dieser wurde nicht nur geduldet sondern war willkommen, begonnen beim Begrüßungspäcken für den Hund, über die überziehlacken für die Sofas bis hin zur Putzfrau die sich jeden Einzelnen Tag die Mühe machte die Haare……

“Staff at front desk exceptional, old school gentlemen and make sure you get car service and any directions. Hotel is the center of the town and people come to gather there which makes it a great location. Bus takes you straight from hotel to mountain.”

“Very nice property in a wonderful location. Easy access from car at entrance and from garage, sorry sometimes this is important if you travel with a lot of luggage. Valentino, front desk at night was super helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Would say they delivered exactly what I would expect at this price point. ”
