“Perfect location for our quick family trip to Glenwood Springs. The house was in a quiet location but close to all the activities we had planned. The beds were comfortable, the house had great amenities and James was a fantastic communicator. Will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Glenwood Springs! ”

“The grounds are fantastic. We used the firepit and saw 2 vultures in a tree in the back yard. The house is nice if a little dated. A lot of thought went into comfort including several window ac units, local activity suggestions, etc. The highway noise was very noticeable even in the back yard but easy to talk over without raising voices.”
