“The room was really large and comfortable. The receptionist allowed me to check in early. When I was checking out, I asked if I could leave a bag (with chocolates that would have melted if I'd kept them in the car while golfing) and the receptionist obliged me. Picked the bag up after the round and was fine. I would definitely stay with them again the next time I'm in Couer d'Alene.”

“Super comfortable stay! Really clean, updated rooms, the breakfast is insanely amazing! When you look outside of the building, it seemed a little worrisome, but honestly, it was in a safe area, with a convenient store and gas station close by. We stayed here to drive to Silverwood, the drive was about 10 to 15 minutes average We highly recommend staying here and will come back in a heartbeat if we ever go back to Silverwood”

“Very solid house. Three comfortable bedrooms upstairs. 4th bedroom is a separate downstairs unit with a separate entrance. A little funky but fine. Good A/C. The house is on a shallow bay with the water depth at the dock of 44 inches. We have a large surf boat (Malibu M240). I was a little worried about the depth but it was all ok. The path down to the dock needs some work. We had to drive my 87 year old mom down to the dock whenever she joined us on the boat. The bay is super calm so I never……

“I required a quiet, private place within walking distance of the park adjacent to the lake for an Ironman event. I needed to sleep early and sleep well. This property more than met my needs. No, it’s not new. Yes, paint is peeling on the exterior. I’ve stayed in 5* hotels in Asia. They have meticulous standards BUT you can also have noisy rooms nearby and not the privacy that allows one to dress down or in athletic wear. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. “Our group had a wonderful stay at Samantha’s home. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. There were many extra touches in the home that sets it miles ahead of most vacation rentals. The space itself was very inviting and the outdoor space was fantastic for dining outside. We had 3 little kids in our group and they all enjoyed the space as well. Location is prime. ”
