“Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was very friendly. The hotel itself is not new but the room was very clean with updated furniture and floors. It is obvious the owners take care of it. I was only there for one night with an early morning appointment so can't say much about the surrounding area other than it was convenient to my appointment.”

“We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer. ”

“Terrific views of Onancock Creek in a private and idyllic location. We loved sitting on the creek bank or on the dock watching boats come and go to Onancock Marina. Peaceful, quiet and tranquil setting yet only 10 minutes away from Onancock. We will be back!”

“2nd time staying and will be back again.View of harbor and sunset is wonderful!Large umbrella on the balcony was great in the afternoons.We had no problem keeping the inside cool on hot days.The refrigerator is working well.Beware, there is a lot of steps but it is the second floor.Restaurant on first is usual empty by 10-10:30, we didn’t mind the little bit of noise. ”
