“Super cute cabin to stay in and come home to relax in peace after long days in the park. Some bugs in the cabin and lizards all around it, but you’ll have that in the country! Was a little disappointed, the ponds aren’t as advertised for fishing as they are not maintained and one pond isn’t available unless you rent the specific cabin close to it. Overall we had a blast though and the bed is comfortable. ”

“Great little cabin. Loved hearing the river nearby. Small, but well equipped kitchen. We brought food that we were able to reheat and enjoy in the evening after visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The air conditioner did a nice job keeping the cabin cool, despite temps getting up into the triple digits during our stay. Easy parking just in front of the cabin. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at The General Sherman cabin. It’s a little small, but fine for a short stay with 4 people. We loved the pool. The nearby shed could be cleaned up better.”

“The property is absolutely gorgeous! Communication was very fast. The only i woukd say is fridge is just a hotel size so careful what you bring up without coolers. Also, when she says get stuff before you go up shes not kidding lol”

“Pros: The cabin was cozy, spacious, and clean, with a large living room. It had one room with two queen beds and another room with two single beds, which was great for our group. The kitchen and dining area were also clean and well-equipped. Cons: There’s no on-site laundry, but there are a few options nearby. The good review & clean laundromat is the Lakeside Market and laundry, about a 30-minute drive away.”

“The cabin is lovely, clean, and efficient. The owners communicate well prior to arrival and were friendly as helpful during the stay.”

“Great cabin and location. I greatly appreciate that they recognized and fixed prior to our arrival an issue with the hot water heater, as well as escorting us to the cabin. We would not have found it in the dark. Thank you. Will stay again when the opportunity presents itself.”

“Seeing the house driving to the entrance was a wow moment. Getting up to the driveway everyone was so excited to check out the view and when we got to the balcony it was incredible. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The theater room was so perfect if you have sleeping kids, everyone met down there at the end of the night for games and movies. We actually forgot some stuff behind when we left and owners went above and sent it to us right away. Can’t think of any better……

“This is by far the most amazing VRBO rental my husband & I have ever stayed at. I would give this property a 10 star review if I could-well I guess I just did! Jeanie & Richard have thought of literally everything you could possibly need while staying at their property and it is truly breathtaking! Their communication is outstanding as well as the decor, furnishings, amenities, setting, cleanliness, etc etc. The location is perfect for hanging out in town visiting shops and enjoying……

“All was good. Only small issue was that the rental company does not respond through vrbo and you have to contact them directly. Also they tell you not to drink the water, but did not leave any to start you off”
