Great owner ! Great location
We had a great stay in Conway. We were there to go skiing. All family and friends enjoyed their day of skiing at Cranmore Mountain, about 20 minutes away. We were 4 adults 4 teen. The bed couch was a little Small for 2 teens, but the regular couch was a great replacement. The highlight : really good and easy contact with the owner !!!

Great views, very relaxing!
Our chalet had great views and was very well decorated to welcome guests. It was close to restaurants and stores but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the white mountains. Philip was a great host and stocked the chalet with everything. Thank you for letting us stay in your awesome chalet!

Older Cabin, Fell Short of Our Expectations
This place fell short of our expectations. Yes, it is an older cabin. But, we felt that there were far too many problems beyond being an older cabin that earned this a below average review for us. One of the showers was inoperable because of a broken showerhead. One of the bedroom door handles broke. The toaster was finicky. The driveway was icy when we arrived. And multiple lamps/light fixtures did not work. Yes, the property manager was communicative and offered to help fix everything we asked them to. But, when you’re just there for a long weekend, at some point, it gets annoying consistently alerting the team to dispatch someone to fix various odds and ends. Could work for some groups, but just expect an older cabin that doesn’t have the thoughtful touches for a top notch Vrbo and it might have a couple things not work as well.

Getaway weekend
We enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was clean and the pictures were very accurate. It was off the beaten path which is what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the weekend we were arrived there was a huge caterpillar outbreak. Part of renting the property was so we could could also enjoy a fire outdoors. There were so many caterpillars that it did make things somewhat difficult. We know this was not something the homeowner can control, but that did make us somewhat skeptical of returning for future stays.

Smell the fresh air!
Spending a few days there was not enough. Next time I'll try to spend a few weeks. The clean mountain air and the get away value was awesome. The water was a little cold at Sikver lake so my grandson built sand castles on the beach after drowning a few worms. I figurescthe crappies and sunfish would bite, yet did not. What a a terrific time we had. We'll be back again I'm sure!

The Perfect Winter Wonderland
I wanted a Winter Wonderland theme to celebrate my sister's 40th Bday. The cabin is amazing and the view of the mountains are breathe taking. The host has done an amazing job with the decor and amenities. The location was no more than 20 minutes away from out planned activities. Every thing was perfect. Thank you

The house was what was advertised. Furnished with everything you could think of. Bring your own food and personal belongings and that's all you need. Thanks for providing the 2 black bears on the deck. Made it quite memorable.

We really wanted to love this place and the property manager was great at responding, but we showed up to a dark house with no working outside lights, very limited basic supplies (no dishwasher detergent, soap, pillow cases, etc.). The beds were fairly uncomfortable. The view and location was good, but i do not think we will rent this place again.

Quiet and cozy.
We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others. The only downside was cleanliness of a few things which is an easy fix! The house was cozy, private and in a quiet area which was perfect for our relaxing weekend getaway. The location was convenient and we were able to visit all our favorite spots in N Conway with a very short drive. We loved the wood stove and it was great that they had easy to follow instructions how to use it. Would have been nice had they stocked the kindling and firewood for us though and we did have to clean it before we used it. The entire process from booking to checking in/out was very easy! We had a couple of questions before booking and we received a response right away. A couple things to mention ... The house is at the bottom of a steep hill. We would have had some trouble if we didn’t have 4wheel drive truck. The driveway was plowed, but icy. The upstairs bedroom was comfortable and bigger than I had expected. The bedding, linens and towels we all fresh. One thing to note is that the couch In the living room is too small for 2 people to relax comfortably and watch tv or snuggle and enjoy the wood stove. We would have liked to spend more time in this area of the home but it just wasn’t comfortable. Overall, the house was pretty clean except for a few things. We only used the upstairs bathroom/shower because shower curtain liner in the main bathroom downstairs was filthy and needs to be replaced. The microwave was also dirty and had not been cleaned. It was greasy and had food residue all over the inside. The handles on the fridge were gross and there was rotting food in it which we had to dispose of. Beautiful view out the back windows which let in a lot of sunlight and warmth. The kitchen had everything you really needed. You name it and they had it. They also had a wide variety of movies, books and games for adults and kids which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy mountain home
Love staying in this neighborhood in Madison. The house was cozy and comfortably fit our family of 5. Phillip, the property manager, was responsive and more than accommodating . He even had the place cleaned earlier for us so we could check in early upon our request. Kitchen was fully stocked, had oils, vinegars, spices ..... great stay overall!
