“I loved the area, loved being right on the pleasant, pretty golf course (even though I was not golfing), and the condo was comfortable and clean. The grounds were beautiful. Since my stay here, I have come back to St. George once. I wish they didn't have a 2 night minimum to stay here. I would have definitely stayed again, but only had time for one night so stayed elsewhere. I missed being able to stay again but if Villas at Southgate remains affordable, I will definitely try to stay there……

“Very nice! We love the gym access and close proximity to beautiful hikes and Broadway shows at the Tuachan. My one suggestion is to have check out instructions posted somewhere in the condo. It would be nice to not have to look up the instructions when we're checking out. ”

“10/10 It’s so spacious we loved that every room had a bathroom , house is fully equipped like it states on the description. Lots of Parkin across from the house we were a family of 30 people with 10 cars and had no issues with parking. Great communication with Austin and he responds very quickly to any questions you may have.”

“It was clearly communicated that we could check in early the day of our arrival. Upon getting settled in it was noted how clean the home was. Everything was available to us as described on VRBO. “Wonderful well stocked home! We were there for a family wedding at the state park just five minutes away. We loved the pool and outside area,.it was super hot when we were there over 100, the house stayed cool, shaded outside area allowed us to cook outside and enjoy. As stated the house was well stocked, all bathrooms had full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion. Eye make up wipes, hairspray, blow-dryer. Comfy beds, and we pulled two mini vans and a car into the three car garage. Nice……
