- The homeowner lives in the main house on-site, with a completely separate and private entrance, and may be present during your stay. The guest suite is approximately 80 feet behind the main house
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera on the back side of the homeowner's unit facing the guest house. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
