“By Far this was My Best Stay Ever in Montana. Gretchen the host was the most caring, responsive, helpful host I have ever booked with on VRBO. She gave good ideas for activities and places to go. Provided us with fishing gear when i said we love to fish, came over one evening and gave my kids a football so we could play in the yard. We all wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely did not get enough photos of the place to do it justice and words can not describe the memories me and my……

“We enjoyed a nice two-night stay in Pony. Having never been to the area, it was fun to explore local trails and to meet others at the Pony bar. The accommodations are nice but there's no getting around it being more camping than glam - come prepared, especially for meals, as the options are limited nearby. Host is great and easy to communicate with.”

“Exceptional property! We all said “we could live here “! Plenty of room for everyone. Big yard quiet neighborhood ,amazing views and easy to get to wherever you want to go. We would definitely stay here again! My aunt and I met in Butte with a couple of family members in tow to take a stroll down memory lane and visit with family still in town. This was the perfect home base.”

“Loved the place we stayed in. Very clean. Beautiful... Close to town but country setting.Only thing i can suggest is it needs another bathroom. 1 bathroom was a little difficult to maneuver with a family of 4....”

“We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the Big Hole River Retreat. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The location, next to grazing horses and deer, was tranquil and relaxing. Access to the Big Hole was easy and close. A thunderstorm came up on our third day and we were treated to a DOUBLE RAINBOW-even mother nature contributed! We would come back in a heartbeat and hope to be able to make a return trip next year.”
