“The place itself is very up to date, very clean, and very functional. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.As mentioned in other reviews though, the parking system is a junk show. We followed instructions to a T, it still failed, and we had to reach out to the property manager. “The property has a great location just off I70, and many stores and restaurants near by. The view out the back overlooking the creek is really pretty! Condo is modern with plenty of amenities. ”

“Place was clean and exactly what was expected. The property owner was quick to respond when we had questions or needed additional guidance. The only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses when able - eliminate the big dips. Really enjoyed the clubhouse and the two hot tubs after skiing. The people we met were very friendly. If this place is available next year when we ski Colorado - we will be back!”

“Clean, orderly, everything we needed was there. The sound of the river is so peaceful we loved the fireplace. The kitchen was accommodating. We all slept great. The pull out sofa in the living room was actually very comfortable. Property management was very good at communication. We will likely come back, such an amazing experience for our family. ”

“The room completely met expectations. The problem was we did not have access to the clubhouse/hot tub/laundry as the key card did not work. The text string with the Vacasa staff could be great material for a comedian. Very nice while completely incompetent relative to solving the problem. Round and round over our 10 day stay telling us what we should do to solve it, such as telling me multiple times to contact the HOA who told us they could only deal with the owner. “The condo matched exactly what was shown online. The place was very clean. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was nice to have covered parking. We enjoyed sitting on the private balcony and watching the birds & squirrels go by. The views from the balcony were wonderful. Only one downside: the building across the street with the game room amenities seemed to be under construction/renovation all around the place. We did not investigate further. “Upon entry to the unit it was immediately decided there was no way we would stay there. The carpets and furniture were stained, the walls were marred, the carpet was cut away from the edges of the walls (up to several inches) in many places, the heating strip in the bathroom was damaged (and appeared to be unsafe), the springs bed in the master could be felt, all of the electrical outlets and switches were dirty, the front of the fire place was not properly secured, there was an area rug in the……

“We enjoyed the condo. It was a great place to stay for a family of 4 with many stores close and easy to get to Dillon. Great location for a ski vacation with access to the surrounding ski resorts. The beds were comfortable. ”
