“The photos do not do it justice -- this flat is huge and so easy to live in. We were absolutely spoiled, don't think we'll ever be able to stay anywhere else in Kingston ever again. Tons of room to spread out with a group of 6. And early mornings crossing the street for great coffee and a poke around the market was such a treat. If I truly had to pick something to critique, we would have loved a few more kitchen essentials. Had a bit of difficulty cooking without measuring cups, and also……

“This basement apartment is located in a great neighbourhood a short drive away from downtown Kingston and all is has to offer. The apartment is well furnished and is perfect if you are travelling by car. Supermarket and restaurants a short drive away. Highly recommend.”

“The property manager was friendly and helpful. The house was very clean. One parking space available with extra parking on the street. The mattresses could be a bit more comfy. And the kitchen is adequately supplied unless you want to cook. No sign of the listed washer and hot tub. I would stay again if beds and kitchen were upgraded.”

“The location is off a major busy roadway so it is noisy even at night. We were not told thatt here is a steep staircase to reach the upstairs apartment, which is where we stayed. The apartment is a large two bedroom one. It is under renovation. There is no bedside lighting in ether of the two bedrooms. The ad specifies usable washer and dryer however they are not hooked up and therefore unusable. the apartment is extremely cold due to a heating problem in the building. Our communication with the……
