“We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here. In this house everything is harmonious and nothing is missing. the calm, the swimming pool, the landscapes, the view, such good authentic restaurants such as La Locanda or Zentrum 42. You eat there like in Italy ;-) and they are a 15 minute walk from the house. We have been renting holiday homes with private pools for almost 15 years. This is paradise, Martina……

“Eigentlich kann man hierfür keine Worte finden. Die Unterkunft war einfach nur schön. Der Sonnenaufgang, die Aussicht und die Ausstattung waren perfekt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können hier bedenkenlos eine Empfehlung aussprechen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Lucia war völlig unproblematisch. “First time in Calabria, visiting some native friends of the region. The outside was well kept. We loved the open layout of the inside. Kitchen had all the essentials. The owner of the place Eliano was very responsive to any concern/issue we had. Gave a very detailed list of things/need to knows before check-in and just over all a great guy. If we are ever back in Calabria we will defiantly consider staying here again!”

“The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. “La maison est étonnante et la vue superbe. Nous avons adoré l’architecture de la villa et bien sûr l’accès direct à une petite plage aux eaux translucides depuis la maison. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Ivana qui a su répondre très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Quelques commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son indépendance. A recommander, très bel endroit !!! Seule réserve : il semble qu’il y ait une……

“We had minor issues on check in but nothing worth mentioning. The host and her daughter were Amy to deal with and answered all our questions very promptly. The cottage was very private and had a million dollar view. It also had everything on site you would need for your stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to truly relax.”

“La casa e' situata in una posizione spettacolare. Perfetta per grandi gruppi e per pranzare/cenare in terrazza con una vista magnifica. La spiaggia e' a 5 minuti di macchina. Unico neo, la mancanza di zanzariere. Per il resto abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. Un plauso particolare va a Rocco, il nostro host, sempre gentile e disponibile.”

“The location is perfect for a relaxing each break and Calabria is stunning. The property is above the owners home in beautiful and extensive grounds with views of the beach beyond. There is a lovely terrace area where you can lounge or eat. The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden across the road and is massive, with very few people on it. There are a few lidos dotted along the beach for refreshments. San Sostene itself is quiet with few facilities so a CRA is essential, but nearby……

“Die Unterkunft hat alles gehalten, was sie im Vorfeld auf der Homepage versprochen hat. Die schöne ruhige Lage des Hauses inmitten eines kleinen gepflegten Parks mit altem Baumbestand war top - das Haus war blitz sauber gereinigt - toller sauberer Strand mit glasklarem Wasser in ca. 50m Entfernung - Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, "konnte nicht besser sein." Es war ALLES vorhanden was es für einen entspannenden Urlaub braucht. ”
