“We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here. In this house everything is harmonious and nothing is missing. the calm, the swimming pool, the landscapes, the view, such good authentic restaurants such as La Locanda or Zentrum 42. You eat there like in Italy ;-) and they are a 15 minute walk from the house. We have been renting holiday homes with private pools for almost 15 years. This is paradise, Martina……

“Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help.”

“The location is perfect for a relaxing each break and Calabria is stunning. The property is above the owners home in beautiful and extensive grounds with views of the beach beyond. There is a lovely terrace area where you can lounge or eat. The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden across the road and is massive, with very few people on it. There are a few lidos dotted along the beach for refreshments. San Sostene itself is quiet with few facilities so a CRA is essential, but nearby……

Die schöne ruhige Lage des Hauses inmitten eines kleinen gepflegten Parks mit altem Baumbestand war top - das Haus war blitz sauber gereinigt - toller sauberer Strand mit glasklarem Wasser in ca. 50m Entfernung - Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, "konnte nicht besser sein." “First time in Calabria, visiting some native friends of the region. The outside was well kept. We loved the open layout of the inside. Kitchen had all the essentials. The owner of the place Eliano was very responsive to any concern/issue we had. Gave a very detailed list of things/need to knows before check-in and just over all a great guy. If we are ever back in Calabria we will defiantly consider staying here again!”

“We had minor issues on check in but nothing worth mentioning. The host and her daughter were Amy to deal with and answered all our questions very promptly. The cottage was very private and had a million dollar view. It also had everything on site you would need for your stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to truly relax.”
