“Easy (country road) 10 minutes to downtown Blacksburg. While we only had three adults on this trip and a small pooch, this home has plenty of sleeping and living space for several more. Indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering together with well appointed kitchen and outdoor cooking area. Highly recommend!”

“This property had everything we were looking for - lots of room for sitting, relaxing and catching up with friends. It is a perfect location to VT, the VT Inn, and Blacksburg downtown. Our visit was during February - so a bit chilly, but in warmer weather the outside patio area would be really nice. We plan to request this property again for our next visit to Blacksburg, Va.”

“The location was quiet and beautiful! A quick and beautiful 10 minute ride and we were at our campus tour! We enjoyed hearing roosters, woodpeckers and a few pups barking in the early morning and seeing the cows across the field and even a few other animals. The view from the back deck was beautiful as was the view from the fire pit! The beds were comfortable, the HVAC and large screen TV made my husband happy and the kitchen and bathrooms provided everything that we possibly may need. Thank……

“I visited in the fall with some college friends for a game weekend, and had an incredible stay! The house is beautiful and in a great location, walking distance to campus and downtown. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Blacksburg for a weekend!”

“Syracuse volleyball parents hosted thanksgiving dinner for the team. The place was large enough for 27 people. The outdoor space and lower level provided enough activity for the girls before and after dinner. We had a great time! Thank you 😊”

“Dirty towels (had to wash them), dirty kitchen pots & pans, holes in sheets. Old toiletries left in bathroom/shower and expired pantry items left in kitchen. Very old couches. No checkout instructions but we at least took out the garbage.”

“Stayed here for the weekend for a football game with our family and some friends. The house is close to campus yet it feels so far away. The host was very responsive. The house was exactly as described. The property was just gorgeous, especially in the fall.”
