Welcome to your serene lakeside retreat in the heart of South Holland! Nestled in the peaceful Zuytland Buiten park, this cozy bungalow offers direct access to the water with its own veranda. Spend your days boating across the scenic Stompaardse Plas, or soaking up the sun on the garden’s private sunbed. With lush green surroundings and tranquil views, this is the perfect escape to unwind and reconnect with nature. Step inside and feel right at home in the bright living room, complete with a dining area and open kitchen equipped with all the essentials—from a dishwasher to two types of coffee machines. Upstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with both a tub and shower, ideal for a relaxing soak after a day outdoors. Garden doors open to a sunny terrace with furniture, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Located just minutes from charming Dutch villages like Heenvliet and Geervliet, and a short drive to the coastal gems of Rockanje and Ouddorp, this home is perfectly positioned for adventure. Head to nearby Hellevoetsluis or Brielle for boutique shopping and harborfront dining, or enjoy pancakes just 200 meters away. With bike and boat rentals available at the park, your South Holland experience begins the moment you arrive. Please note: pets are not allowed at this property. A security deposit of EUR 117,50 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
