“Mark was very responsive to all messages! The house was very clean and well stocked with all necessities. The location was great and near a lot of things. ”

“The pictures online are accurate to the property. The location can't be beat! We walked to whiskey row and to many great shops and restaurants. The loft was as described. Appliances were all in working order. The loft needs a little repair - light switches weren't working in many cases and the loft appears to have original wood floors. They are lovely, but VERY loose and squeaky - loud enough to wake up everyone sleeping or disrupt a show on TV. ”

Safe, walk to several good restaurants, pretty veiw from balcony (very noisy though cause right by the big bridge across to Louisville—no biggie for us ) the Condo was nice. Comfortable bed, lots of seating for guests. Some points that may be negatives depending on your pickiness. The condo is lived in by its owner except weekend. Feels like you’re just borrowing a friends place for the weekend. Clean but not what you may expect for a pricy rental. … strong ……

“The stay was very enjoyable. The condo was beautiful! It was like walking into a HGTV show. The owner supplied all our needs for the stay except our personal items and food. The neighborhood was exceptional and quaint. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed each night!”

“This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to a few restaurants and a gas station. The owners checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. Two minor issues - an outlet in one bedroom was loose so items didn’t always stay plugged in and the towel rack shelves were dusty. Would stay again. ”
