The ease of the central location, having a designated parking space and being steps from the beach, made it so easy to set up in the morning, rinse off with the hose, come back for snacks and bathrooms and then back out to the beach! The view from the second floor was perfect. We spent many hours on the comfortable balcony furniture listening to the waves crash, playing games and……

“The house and location was wonderful. In a very quiet community. The community offered a gym, pool and tennis courts. We loved staying here. It was close to the beach and the shuttle system to the beach was a life saver. It was a clean place and we all enjoyed having our own privacy space in the house. Steven was very responsive. ”

“Fantastic stay! Loved all the amenities, stocked kitchen, hot tub towels, bikes, beach chairs, pickleball courts, pool... just a quick drive or bike to the beach. ”

“Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation”
