The room is not that clean, Linen looks quite dirty and old. The bathroom also not very clean. Some edges of the glass went mouldy. There were ants problem in the room. The wash basin is outside the bathroom but near the bed which make the floor wet very easily. Cons: the location is very nice and close to mrt station.

the room wasn't as nice as shown in the photo. no window in the toilet, and taking a shower will make the toilet bowl and the floor wet all over. some stains in the bed linen, and I saw some ants near the wardrobe, and an ant crawled into my suitcase and accompanied me to hong kong. the air-con was noisy and i felt hot even when it was set at 16 degrees Celsius. the air-con even stopped in the middle of my stay, and i needed to manually switch it on again. i think i need to prepare for paying more when i visit singapore again. For HK$5XX, this even can't be considered the bottom line I originally expected.

good location, nice customer service but you pay what you got the room is water leaking but the staff is very patient and rapid dealing with those problems. we got this room without window, so it gets really musty smell (thanks to myself, i brought scent diffuser to kill the smell.

除了地點非常近bugis mrt之外，其他都一般。如果喜歡晚間活動的話可考慮，因為附近有酒吧及食店，都開得比較夜。 我們住的是no window的, 酒店房間非常小，床比較硬而且有bugs, 好在自己有帶酒精噴霧噴了又噴才好一些。只有一張毛毯，沒有正式的被單。 沐浴用品建議自備，因為只有一小瓶洗髮及沐浴二合一的沐浴用品。毛巾清潔度ok。沒有拖鞋，需要者請自備。 酒店員工有善，樂意幫忙。

此酒店位置鄰近市中心，而且一出MRT Station亦不難尋找。只是默認門口位於大街之上，幸好貼上指示通知，酒店入口已搬往後街。 接待處位於二樓，Check-in 時職員表示將我們之房間由無窗之Standard Room(雙人床)提昇至有窗之Deluxe Room(兩張單人床)。進入房間後，整體設施OK，冷氣溫度尚可(可能是新加坡比較熱，感覺要入夜後才感受到涼爽) 酒店亦有提供WIFI，可惜兩部手機只有一部可以連接得上。其它設施也是基本酒店用品：冷熱水OK、衛生紙比較粗糙差劣、沐浴露及洗髮露是二合一(而且很稀，像添加大量清水般)、牙刷牙膏是獨立包裝尚可、亦有水壺、水杯、咖啡粉！最後就是床裖很硬身，而且被子沒有被袋，給人感覺不乾淨。 酒店樓下的街道滿滿是火鍋店及甜品店，不用憂沒東西吃！ 其實以新加坡整體物價水平，此酒店之位置及收費是絕對便宜，而只是短暫住宿的話也不用太高要求。對於一般旅遊觀光之客人來說，想近近的入往市中心(可到附近的摩天輪及金沙賭場)，又不用支付太昂貴住宿費用的話，此酒店亦可給大家考慮一下！

We booked this hotel for 5 days but we stayed for only 2 days because the air conditioning ran so loud, the curtain looked dirty, the light in the room is not bright. We decided to move to a better hotel.

Room was visibly dirty, shower had small flies, we had to request for a different pillow because all the pillows were super smelly like it wasnt washed for months. Though they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage even when we checked out but the bad part was it got locked inside their stock room, door knob got broken. They dont have service or maintainance personnel for it so my husband had to help in breaking the door knob so we can catch our bus to KL in less that an hour. Good thing we were able to catch our bus. Never goinng back again.
